Abstract
Businesses are investing in transformation and growth with the expectation of significant performance outcomes. Analyses of the business performance of a number of companies reveal that companies with the ability to continually innovate and improve demonstrably outperform their industry peers. In this talk we introduce the architecture of business where the business innovation is client-driven and unleashed by formally integrated multi-level models that align client’s business and IT objectives to realize service-oriented software solutions. We also overview an implementation of this architecture in model-driven business transformation tools and highlight the service-oriented computing challenges based on actual business transformation problems.
